Physical exercise can produce changes such as burning fat, helping to maintain weight, lean, and also healthy posture. Suitable exercises are aerobic exercises which consist of brisk walking, jogging (running slowly), running, cycling, and dancing for 1/2 – 1 hour at least 3 times a week. However, these changes can occur if physical exercise is carried out regularly and continuously.
